Context
As part of an international operational support programme, hands-on support to several airlines across West and East Africa, engaged in bringing their ground operations up to international safety standards.

Raise the safety level of ground operations to meet international requirements, prepare teams for audit expectations, mature the safety culture and build the autonomy of local managers.

Engagement
On-site support and coaching of operational and management teams: assessment of current practices, concrete recommendations, targeted training and methodological guidance — with a focus on skills transfer to embed safety behaviours for the long term.

Context
Assessment engagement for a technical maintenance provider operating in an airport environment (ground support equipment, fixed installations), based on an on-site audit.

Challenge
Assess the level of compliance across occupational health & safety, safety management and security, against the applicable frameworks — labour law, civil aviation code, EU security regulation and the airport operator’s internal rules.

Engagement
On-site audit and structured gap analysis covering nine HSE / SMS / security domains, resulting in a control-point framework with concrete, prioritised recommendations.

Operational documentation and IOSA preparation — Ground handling provider
